There are unlimited claims for all of our home emergency policies.
No. Their are no excess fees for any of our Home Emergency Insurance.
Yes. Labour, parts, materials and VAT are included up to the claim limit of the policy with all boiler and home emergency options.
Our service department will contact you each year to arrange your annual boiler service, if you have an annual boiler service included in your policy. The boiler services are usually carried out between March and September.
Once we've spoken to you about your claim, we aim to get our engineers to you within 24 hours. Our engineers will call you on the day of your appointment to update you on their arrival time.
Our engineer will carry out a full service and condition report of your boiler and report back to us. If it is deemed the boiler is not in a suitable condition for cover to continue, we will contact you to discuss your options.
If you wish to cancel in the first year after your 14 day cooling off period there is a £35 administration fee. If you have had a claim or service within this time you will be liable for the cost of the claim or service, alternatively you can continue with the policy to the next renewal date.

Typically, most household contents insurance only provide cover for accidental damage, theft, fire and flood. Mechanical failure or breakdowns are not covered by standard contents insurance.
